Enhancing Your Resilience: A Practical Approach

Description: This one-day training will explore the concept of resilience as something a person does, rather than something a person is. The training will elaborate and describe (in a practical way)  the idea of resilient performance while assisting participants in the development of a personal strategy to improve their ability to function, respond, and learn when facing expected or unexpected stressful events. The course also seeks to empower individuals who will likely be facing stress associated with living and working abroad while working in fast-paced humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding projects.
